I have hope for 2012. Really, nothing could be as bad as 2011 was. We got a taste of just how disgusted the public is with the Republican party these past few days. It won’t change the party probably, but I think people will remember the turmoil and anxiety they put us through for nothing but some friggin’ light bulbs!

Merry Christmas, Snoring Dog! I am very hopeful 2012 can be a year of transition – of bringing government back to the people and putting the “service” back into “public service”. I think as long as we continue to be diligent and hold leaders truly accountable it can happen.
